Job Title: Senior DBB Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DBB Transition Manager to join our team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the transition of complex projects in our Operating Companies (OpCos) and ensuring stakeholder alignment and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transition activities in assigned OpCos and ensure stakeholder alignment and updates.
  • Lead Regional Transition Teams and ensure OpCos pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials.
  • Regularly align with Regional Programme Manager and prepare weekly flash reporting to Regional Programme Leadership Team.
  • Provide periodic measurement of plan versus actual with variance analysis and track project status.
  • Continuously monitor scope frame, budget, and risk, and act as a watchdog for scope creep or scope changes.
  • Coordinate testing and training, including End-to-End and User Acceptance Test planning, organization, and test scripts.
Requirements:
  • University Master's Degree.
  • 8-10 years of work experience in complex projects in an international environment, preferably in cross-functional programs and/or ERP implementation.
  • Strong management and communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to take calculated, well-thought-out risks and proactively identify and solve problems/issues.
  • Good organizational skills and flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) and optional other languages (French, Spanish, etc.).

This role will be accountable for the overall project planning and progress of the deployment and change management in the OpCo, reporting to the Regional Programme Manager and being part of the Regional Programme Leadership Team. You will lead the Transition Teams (Process Leads and Business Analysts) to be assigned in the complex OpCos.
