About Our Team

Our team is responsible for identifying, managing, and supporting the execution of risk management activities for R&D Procurement. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Risk Management Professional to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Management: Execute key deliverables within the policy, risk, and compliance agenda across Global Procurement, ensuring that Procurement is effective in identifying and managing risk, quality, and governance.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as Global Procurement, Global Ethics & Compliance, Audit & Assurance, R&D Third Party Oversight, and Quality.
  3. De-Risking Strategies: Facilitate the execution of Global Procurement's de-risking strategies and provide clear reporting and performance management of mitigation activities using RMS and PowerBI.
  4. Content Development: Provide high-quality content for quarterly RMCBs, Quality Councils, and Cross-Functional Risk Forums, including facilitating sessions and/or presenting as required.
  5. Risk Framework Activities: Support risk framework activities such as management monitoring and being the audit/inspection point of contact when R&D Procurement is involved.
  6. Team Coordination: Manage activities to ensure the team's inspection readiness status; support storyboards as necessary; audit and/or review processes and projects with inspection readiness in mind.
  7. Employee Development: Coach and train Global Procurement employees on GSK expectations for effective control of policy, risk, and compliance, including the development and maintenance of relevant learning content.
  8. Scope Expansion: Support on the increasing scope of team objectives, including supporting Supply Chain and Indirect Procurement in supporting the risk management framework.
  9. Industry Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate knowledge of multiple R&D Procurement categories and understanding of the relevant industries/markets.

Why You?

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sciences, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field, combined with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working experience in a complex global corporate environment and 2+ years of experience in procurement, R&D, risk management, quality, or a related field.
