Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Category Procurement Lead to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to drive commercial strategic direction for HR services categories, influencing business and wider category stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish long-term commercial strategies for the HR services categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Influence senior leadership and category stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
  • Develop a robust supply base to meet changing category requirements, leveraging global best practices.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure strategic contractual relationships with minimized risk.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex purchasing, technical, legal, and contractual issues.
  • Define governance around best practices and purchasing policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Achieve assigned category targets for cost reductions through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Implement Global Category Strategies, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Manage supplier relationships, reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Responsible for category spend, savings forecasting, and reporting, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Category Manager or equivalent, with a strong background in business acumen and complex strategic sourcing projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, global businesses, with experience running RFx processes and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to support complex supplier deals, including hardware, software, and services integrated solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with and present to VP-level stakeholders.
