About You

You are a fit for the role if you have:

  • A four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • A track record of professional design experience.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods to deliver insights.
  • Expertise in planning and running Design Thinking workshops with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation, and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
  • A strong portfolio of work that illustrates your process, your level of craft, and the results you have driven.
  • Familiarity with Agile development.
  • Confidence in working with strong, passionate, fast-paced team environments.
  • Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
