We are seeking a Business Partner - Lease Management to join our team at PEPCO Poland Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lease management processes that support the company's growth and success. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to stakeholders on lease-related matters.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Property, Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment with business objectives and achieve seamless communication. Your expertise in lease accounting standards and financial reporting will be crucial in ensuring accurate preparation and review of financial reports and disclosures.
As a Business Partner, you will also identify opportunities to enhance lease management processes and implement improvements. Your ability to analyze complex information, develop recommendations, and implement changes will be vital in driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lease management processes that support business growth and success.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on lease-related matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and achieve seamless communication.
- Analyze complex information, develop recommendations, and implement changes to drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lease management, financial reporting, or related fields.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing financial reports, journal entries, and compliance with IFRS 16 and IAS 17.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving high performance.
- Demonstrated experience centralizing and standardizing lease management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or similar accounting certification preferred.
- Fluency in English (B2 written and verbal) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of lease accounting standards, financial reporting, and understanding of forecasting/budgeting processes.
