About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our client's HR transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing program activities, ensuring a seamless transition to a new service provider and implementation of a global HR template.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Manager in planning, coordination, and execution; step in to lead the program independently when required.
  • Manage the transition to a new service provider, ensuring minimal disruption; handle risk management, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
  • Support the development and customization of a global HR template, ensuring it meets local needs across six countries.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate updates, meetings, and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
  • Lead and drive program success independently when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading multi-country HR transformation programs or projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar), change management methodologies, and HR processes.
  • Experience in a global environment with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory landscapes and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical teams.
