Senior Audit Manager

As a Senior Audit Manager at Citigroup, you will be responsible for managing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit. Your role will involve developing and executing a robust Audit Plan, directing complex audit activities for a component of the business at a regional or country level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Internal Audit professionals, including recruitment, staff development, and budget management.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports and participate in major business initiatives to advise and assist the business on change initiatives.
  • Lead reviews for all types of audits, including complex ones, and review and approve Business Monitoring Quarterly Summaries.
  • Identify solutions for various control issues, utilizing judgment and analytical thought, and analyze report findings to recommend interventions where needed.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role with expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk, Wrong Way Risk, Settlement Risk, and IMM.
  • Experience in leading audits would be beneficial, as well as certifications like CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in business, functional, and people management, with proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of deliverables according to strict timetables.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
