Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy to drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and market share.
  • Business Development and Sales
    • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business partnerships to expand the customer base.
    • Manage the sales team to execute new client acquisition targets.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Team Building & Management
    • Recruit, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team. Foster collaboration, innovation, and high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Financial Oversight
    • Develop and manage the country's financial reporting. Track and analyze KPIs to optimize profitability and ensure sustained growth.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate effectively with regional and global leadership teams to align country goals with overall corporate objectives.

Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven track record (10+ years) in managing and growing sales and/or business operations in the hardware/software sector.
  • Successful leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country-wide sales and marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven team leadership, mentoring, and coaching ability.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
