About the Job

This challenging role will require you to lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth and revenue expansion. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing departmental projects, and ensuring seamless execution of business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Developing and introducing country-specific sales strategies, aligning them with company objectives
  • Ensuring seamless execution of business plans, managing departmental projects, and driving sales performance
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor data, and making informed decisions to maintain competitive edge
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and people management
  • Mastery of sales systems and business planning concepts
  • Exceptional leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Familiarity with finance and basic accounting principles, as well as proficiency in digital tools
  • Fluency in Polish and English languages
