As a Business Development Manager at TN Poland, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and development in the Emergency Care segment. You will be responsible for co-shaping the strategy and deploying marketing and sales efforts for the CEE geography.

You will work closely with European Business Category Leaders, the wider European EC and CEE zone teams to design and execute on EC plans for the zone. You will support and nurture channel partners for short and long-term success.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating new business opportunities, acting as a catalyst and initiator of new business development in collaboration with partners.

Additionally, you will provide support to channel partners regarding technical and functional advantages of Philips EC solutions, formulate, prioritize and co-shape business growth ideas for Emergency Care in CEE through scouting of internal and external sources.

You will also nurture and educate sales forces of indirect channel partners to upgrade their competitive knowledge and skills related to Philips EC products and solutions.
