Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the Polish market.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively assess and clarify customer needs to identify opportunities for new business development.

The successful applicant will have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
