Sales and Business Development Manager

The Construction Software Sales Director will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for Remato. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends
- Participate in sales training and coaching programs to enhance sales skills
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales (ideally B2B) with a proven track record of success
- Prior experience with construction companies or in the construction sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written)
- Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Ukrainian or Russian)
