Job Description:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our business in Poland. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

About the Role:
  • Develop relationships with strategic business partners and support them in registration process, publication of product offers, and participation in international programs.
  • Enable selling partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to handle their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  • Achieve business and financial objectives by driving growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Polish (verbal & written)
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems
