About the RoleThe Key Account Manager for Poland holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our fast-growing markets in the EMEA region. As a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player, you will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
- Develop local sales and business development plans and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Built long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers/retailers to understand business needs, requirements and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze the local market situation and develop effective local product Go-to-market plans (price, product positioning, promotion and channel strategy).
- Fluent in local language and English.
- +5 years of sales working experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent rapport with key clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
