Worldline is seeking a talented Sales and Offers Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Sales division, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and profitability for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new sales initiatives, products, and services. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, analyze customer data, and communicate your findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new sales initiatives, products, and services
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments
  • Analyzing customer data to inform our sales strategy
  • Communicating market trends and developments to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of Sales and Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales channels and tools, pricing, SMB business needs, and payment systems
  • Experience in communication and presenting on a steering level
