Job Title: Business Development Manager (M/F)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the field of sea, air and rail transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing sales plans and driving results-oriented outcomes
  • Establishing long-term relationships with clients and co-creating budgets for sales territories
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and preparing commercial offers
  • Analysing customers' transport needs and selecting optimal solutions
  • Achieving sales goals and updating customer data in CRM systems
  • Preparing periodic reports and monitoring industry trends
  • Cultivating a positive company image through participation in fairs, conferences and business meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding sales departments with an independent sales position
  • Excellent knowledge of market dynamics and forwarding services offered by Freight Forwarding
  • Ability to independently prepare offers and present an active, results-oriented attitude
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Category B driving license and sales skills supported by successes in establishing cooperation with large companies
  • Knowledge of MS Office package and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation of work, anticipation, honesty, availability, and responsibility
