The Sales Training Manager role at Exact Sciences is critical in driving commercial excellence and empowering our partner sales teams to deliver exceptional results. About the Role

This field-based position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing Directors, Int'l Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Training. The successful candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that address knowledge gaps and skill development needs for partner sales teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales training strategies that drive revenue growth and improve partner sales teams' performance.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales & Marketing Directors to identify training needs and develop customized training content.
  • Design engaging training materials, presentations, and resources that align with the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead interactive workshops and training sessions that enhance the business acumen and selling capabilities of our sales teams.
  • Provide guidance on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and consultative selling approaches that empower partner sales teams to deliver value-based solutions to customers.
  • Ensure alignment of training with company-wide objectives and support international training initiatives.
  • Embody the company's mission and values, promoting accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Act with an inclusion mindset, modeling these behaviors for the organization.
  • Travel 50 – 70% of working time in the field, including overnight/weekend travel.
