Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager for Central Europe, based in Warsaw with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating and presenting sales proposals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales proposal creation
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Fluency in English and Polish or other Central European Languages
