We are looking for a highly skilled Central Europe Affairs Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our Scientific and Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Central Europe.

Your primary focus will be on assuring ingredients, formulas, labeling, and packaging meet the required standards. You will also be involved in supporting external regulatory influencing strategies, monitoring regulatory developments, and researching interpretations regarding product safety and acceptability.

You will work closely with internal partners to understand priorities and impacts of developing legislation and align positions accordingly. Your expertise will help shape policy and legislation in line with company positions.

In this role, you will participate in project teams, anticipate regulatory issues, and work with stakeholders to clarify and resolve these issues. You will provide strategic advice and take leadership to materialize opportunities to support growth plans.

To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs with food products. A proven track record in driving SRA activities across several countries in Europe is essential, as is excellent knowledge of European food legislation.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as nutrition, food science, biology, chemistry, or pharmacology is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Post-graduate studies in food law would be beneficial.
