**Job Overview**

FIS Insurance Risk - Prophet seeks a highly skilled Sales Manager for Central Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region. This full-time hybrid role will be based in Warsaw with flexibility to work from home.

The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and presenting sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales proposal creation
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Polish or other Central European Languages
