Junior Territory Manager CEE, AGS Central Europe SMB Sales, AGS-EMEA-Field-SMB-Central Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team in Central Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage numerous existing and new accounts concurrently & strategically, meet or exceed revenue goals and targets
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to AWS adoption and new business opportunities & create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS
- Work with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development and technical teams to manage and grow the Territory
- Analyse metrics data to help evolve your business plan & manage entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure
- Accelerate customer adoption through building and driving relationships with C-level executives and other decision makers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience
- Basic understanding of Cloud Technology
- Ability to work cross functionally & ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Russian and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ukrainian speaker
- Basic knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in one of the CEE countries
- Engineering or computer science degree
- Literacy in Salesforce
