We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales territory, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales territory, ensuring good sales growth in line with agreed targets.
- Ensure regular customer visits, negotiate key issues, and provide assistance in bringing projects to fruition.
- Build and support strategic focus initiatives, ensuring follow-up of qualified sales leads and responding accordingly within designated time limits.
- Organise strategic sales plans for the territory, providing on-time monthly reports as required by Management.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related Technical subject.
- 5+ years' experience in a technical sales environment, with full professional proficiency in English language.
- Valid driving licence, with other languages being an advantage, particularly German.
