We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team in Central and Eastern Europe. As Sales Manager CEE, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing flawless sales execution across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  2. Manage and grow multinational accounts directly to boost sales in the home care category.
  3. Develop and deliver sales activities with distribution partners for mid-size accounts.
  4. Create value propositions adapted to your territory and customers, and secure their execution within your team.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your success and report on key performance indicators.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven track record in B2B technical sales with experience managing teams and driving results.
  3. Strategic approach to developing and winning business, with expertise in selling highly technical solutions.
  4. Experience managing multinational and large accounts, with strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  5. Full proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
