Risk Solution Group is a leading provider of risk solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while driving business growth.
About the Job:
- Ensure high customer retention and engagement by securing renewals in advance.
- Identify and manage upsell opportunities, collaborating with Business Development Directors/Managers.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct Win-Loss analyses and follow up on insights.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support Field Account Managers in achieving KPIs.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and professional development efforts.
- Work closely with VP of Sales to build processes for Account Management in EMEA.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English; any additional languages from Central and Eastern Europe are a bonus.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Preferable experience leading and managing a team, ensuring performance, motivation, and professional development.
