Customer Success Manager, CEE/CIS Region

Risk Solution Group is a leading provider of risk solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while driving business growth.

About the Job:

  • Ensure high customer retention and engagement by securing renewals in advance.
  • Identify and manage upsell opportunities, collaborating with Business Development Directors/Managers.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct Win-Loss analyses and follow up on insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support Field Account Managers in achieving KPIs.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and professional development efforts.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to build processes for Account Management in EMEA.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English; any additional languages from Central and Eastern Europe are a bonus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferable experience leading and managing a team, ensuring performance, motivation, and professional development.
