Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Expansion Account Manager to drive sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts with Dynatrace Partners and Regional Franchise Operators in Eastern Europe.

About the Role

  • Lead and deliver sales leadership to customer accounts and partner-driven sales in the Balkans, Caucasus, and Central Asian states.
  • Engage with potential customers, convert prospects, and maintain accounts in your region.
  • Collaborate with Regional Franchise Operators, Partners, and Dynatrace teams to execute territory plans and maximize revenue within Eastern Europe.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies in collaboration with executives.
  • Establish Dynatrace in new markets through product demos and events.
  • BUILD A CONTACT NETWORK WITHIN NAMED ACCOUNTS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS.
  • Work closely with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Fluent communication skills in Russian and English.

  • A successful track record in Enterprise software sales across multiple business functions within the executive level of a customer.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision-making processes.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Confidence in building diverse territory plans and leveraging a sales ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business and thriving in high-velocity situations.
  • Motivation and tenacity as a self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota, driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
  • Ability to build and execute business plans and sales plays.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to co-sell internally across all supporting resources to maximize effectiveness and advance the sales process (familiarity with MEDDPIC).
