Sales and Operations Expert

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled sales and operations expert to lead our EEMEA region. As the Regional VP, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our presence, and improving our market position.

You will lead high-performing teams across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Your focus will be on revenue growth, market share expansion, and product performance, while developing new business opportunities in the competitive software market.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of scaling and managing sales organizations, with a strong operational and strategic capability. Your ability to drive sales success, measured by revenue growth, market share expansion, and product performance, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in developing new business opportunities in the enterprise sector, particularly within the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management within the software and technology solutions industry.
  • Strong operational and strategic capabilities, overseeing sales, professional services, and back-office functions.
  • A track record of driving sales success, measured by revenue growth, market share expansion, and product performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities in the competitive Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa software market, particularly within the enterprise sector.
