About the Role



In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading and managing agreed sales activities in Poland and Baltics Installed Base segment, contributing substantially to the planned growth of both the total business and the individual divisional targets.




  • This role focuses on working with existing customers in the Installed Base segment, selling Systems and Software products and services.
  • You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with selected Installed Base Customers in Poland and Baltics.
  • You will also be implementing Emerson global products marketing strategy and visiting customers to promote assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services.
  • You will align with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy and Emerson Culture policy, with respect to all business activities.
  • You will forecast client's business activity, understand customer business drivers and demonstrate linkage between recommended products/solutions to customer's needs and business objectives.
  • You will participate in customer development activities such as trade shows, fairs, conferences striving to boost the sale of products, solutions and services to key accounts.
  • You will conduct business ethically at all times.


Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Maintaining and developing relationships with selected Installed Base Customers in Poland and Baltics.
  • Implementing Emerson global products marketing strategy.
  • Visiting customers to promote assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services.
  • Aligning with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy and Emerson Culture policy, with respect to all business activities.
  • Forecasting client's business activity, understanding customer business drivers and demonstrating linkage between recommended products/solutions to customer's needs and business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:




  • A technical bachelor degree in automation, electrical, control process or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales/first direct sales support role experience or similar working directly with customers.
  • Consultative approach to selling, presentation skills, strong negotiations and sales skills.
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel for approximately 35% - 50% of the time.
  • Proficient in Polish and English.
