Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales and Negotiation Expert to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential land sellers, building trust, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Off-Market Opportunities: Identify off-market land opportunities and engage with potential sellers to build trust and credibility.
  2. Lead Conversations: Lead conversations with sellers to understand their motivations and position our company as the best buyer option.
  3. Negotiate Purchase Agreements: Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure favorable terms while maintaining ethical business practices.
  4. Utilize CRM Tools: Leverage CRM tools to track leads and manage pipelines effectively.
  5. Analyze Market Data: Analyze market data and property characteristics to assess fair market values and make informed acquisition decisions.
  6. Manage Pipelines: Manage a steady pipeline of incoming leads while maintaining consistent engagement with long-term prospects.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Sales and Negotiation: 5+ years of experience in sales and negotiation, preferably in off-market land or real estate acquisitions.
  2. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with US-based leads (minimal accent is preferred for ease of communication).
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with sellers.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, transparent, and accountable in managing leads and closing deals.
  5. CRM Tool Experience: Experience with CRM tools (general knowledge is required, no specific platform necessary).
