We're expanding our team in the DACH region and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our Sales team, you will focus on generating pipeline and setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities- Generate pipeline opportunities for AEs to close deals.
- Identify and engage ideal customer profiles through various channels.
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Arrange discovery calls, meetings, and demos for AEs to secure new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales principles and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in English and German/Swiss-German languages.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Experience working with sales performance metrics and data analysis tools.
