Ingersoll-Rand plc is looking for a talented Sales Territory Executive to lead our sales efforts in Eastern Europe. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

About the Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the appointed sales territory to ensure good sales growth in line with the agreed growth plan.
  • Negotiate key issues and provide assistance in bringing projects to fruition.
  • Build and support strategic focus initiatives.
  • Ensure follow-up of qualified sales leads and respond accordingly within the designated time limits.
  • Organize strategic sales plans for the territory.
  • Provide on-time monthly reports as required by Management.
