We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Executive to join our team at Ingersoll-Rand plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in Eastern Europe.

About the Job Description

As a Sales Territory Executive, you will be responsible for managing the appointed sales territory - ensuring good sales growth in line with the agreed growth plan. This will involve negotiating key issues, providing assistance in bringing projects to fruition, building and supporting strategic focus initiatives, and ensuring follow-up of qualified sales leads and responding accordingly within the designated time limits.

You will also be responsible for organizing strategic sales plans for the territory and providing on-time monthly reports as required by Management. Ensuring that all administration is efficiently dealt with is also a key aspect of this role.
