About the Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the Eastern European market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales territory, building relationships with existing and new customers, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the Eastern European market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related Technical subject.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical sales environment, with full professional proficiency in English language.
  • Valid driving licence, with other languages being an advantage, particularly German.
