Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Antal Sales & Marketing. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding relationships with current customers by monitoring their usage and licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet or surpass new business revenue goals.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure, ensuring strong connections with enterprise clients and representing the company professionally in all interactions.
- Demonstrating a track record of managing key national or international accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience at a key account or enterprise level, with a proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations.
- A deep understanding of the Polish motor insurance market and fluency in both Polish and English.
