About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue by developing strategic relationships with C-suite executives and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
  • Developing and executing account plans to drive new business revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing, to deliver value to customers.
  • Providing thought leadership and advising customers on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT. Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment is also essential.
