Marketing & Sales Manager Emergency Care CEE (Maternity leave cover), Warsaw

The role requires co-shaping the marketing and sales strategy for the Emergency Care business in Central and Eastern Europe, working closely with European Business Category Leaders and other teams.
This position is suitable for a natural operator in a matrixed organization with strong customer-first and partnership excellence skills and a proven track record of commercially driving a business forward.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and generate new opportunities, collaborating with partners to drive business development.
- Channel Partner Support: Provide technical and functional support to channel partners regarding Philips EC solutions.
- Business Growth Ideas: Formulate, prioritize, and co-shape business growth ideas for Emergency Care in CEE through internal and external sources.
- Sales Force Education: Nurture and educate indirect channel partners on competitive knowledge and skills related to Philips EC products and solutions.
- Marketing Activities: Drive and execute marketing activities on the territory, focusing on increasing KOLs preference towards Philips products.
- Sales Planning: Plan sales-related activities and manage OIT and sales forecast on the territory, collaborating with the ICM team.
- Market Dynamics: Collect and channel back information about market dynamics and competitive activities/products.
- Product Updates: Provide information on product updates to partners, District Managers, and their teams.
- KOL Relations: Build and nurture key relations with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, medical engineering, or a related field.
- Business Experience: 7+ years of experience working in business, marketing, or sales.
- P&L Experience: Sales and P&L experience with a proven track record.
- Emergency Care Portfolio: Strong knowledge of and experience working with the Emergency Care portfolio.
- Clinical Knowledge: Clinical knowledge of defibrillation products and workflows is an advantage.
- Indirect Channel Partners: 5+ years of experience working with indirect channel partners.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, high independence, and initiative.
- Business Orientation: Strong business orientation, ability to understand business needs and translate into actionable plans.
- Collaboration: Great collaborator, able to work as part of a virtual team.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to represent the company in front of customers and industry organizations.
- Matrix Structure: Ability to drive results in a matrix structure.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused mindset.
- Modality Management: Experience in modality management and tactical sales plan development and execution.
- Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English.
- Travel Readiness: Readiness for intensive travel within CEE and occasionally within Europe.
- Advanced Communication: Advanced communication skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and orientation on target achievement.
