Sales and Market Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our sales and market expansion team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing actionable insights to drive sales and market expansion initiatives for our digital and connectivity solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the automotive aftermarket landscape;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather insights, define target market segments, and develop go-to-market strategies for launching new products and expanding market presence;
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Develop sales forecasts, budgetary projections, and business cases to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation for sales initiatives and market expansion efforts;
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and SWOT analysis to assess market positioning, identify competitive threats, and develop differentiated value propositions for our products in target markets;
- Monitor industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure that our products meet regulatory guidelines and address customer needs effectively.
