About the Opportunity

As a Market Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in Eastern Europe and Turkey. This role requires a deep understanding of the high-tech product sector, as well as excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  4. Maintain market knowledge and trends in the target sectors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy.
  • Background in specification-driven selling within a highly technical industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • A technical/engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar materials science field.
