As a Market Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in Eastern Europe and Turkey. This role requires a deep understanding of the high-tech product sector, as well as excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain market knowledge and trends in the target sectors.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Deep knowledge of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy.
- Background in specification-driven selling within a highly technical industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- A technical/engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar materials science field.
