PİK GLOBAL is a leading player in the import and export of fruits and vegetables across Europe. We are expanding our operations in Poland and seeking a talented Senior National Sales Manager to join our team.

We operate in Turkey, Poland, and the Netherlands, specializing in importing and exporting high-quality produce. Our cold storage facility in Poland serves as a hub for our operations in the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales and distribution processes in Poland. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with food wholesalers and supermarket chains.
  3. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in wholesale fruit and vegetable sales and the food industry.
  2. Network: A strong network of business contacts in the Polish market.
  3. Skills: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, fluency in English and/or Polish (Turkish is a plus).
  4. Culture Fit: Willingness to work in Poland at our office located in the cold storage facility and willingness to travel for business.
