The role of the Lead Java Developer involves leading software development, ensuring high-quality working software, and collaborating with teams to improve technical practices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing implementation coverage, on-call coverage, and warranty support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing, coding, debugging, and testing Java applications.
  • Troubleshooting issues in test and production environments.
  • Cooperating with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
  • Innovating to improve application stability and performance.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Lead Java Developer, you should possess excellent Java skills, with a strong understanding of microservices, Spring Framework, and CI/CD pipelines.
