Talent Acquisition Consultants play a crucial role in managing in-bound, active candidate processing. They review and screen applications from various sourcing channels and present the most qualified candidates to clients for interview.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with Hiring Managers to define delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies for role discovery meetings.
  • Utilize established screening and selection criteria to identify suitable candidates against prescribed scoring criteria via resume review, pre-recorded interviews, scripted interviews, or a combination.
  • Inform relevant candidates within the ATS/CRM about opportunities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to engage active candidates and foster their interest in the client's company.
  • Shortlist and submit candidates to Hiring Managers or TABPs, providing requisition status updates as necessary.
  • Evaluate the quality and quantity of the candidate pool to determine if additional sourcing efforts are required with TABPs.
  • Drive high client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, resulting in positive NPS scores, references, and case studies from the account.
