Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager

As a Marketing Analytics Manager at Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation programs to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in marketing practices.
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics, marketing, statistics, analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, with a focus on marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, web optimization, and marketing promotion ROI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as CRMA, Power BI, and SQL.
