About the Role

We are seeking a Omnichannel Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Philips Iberica SAU.

As an Omnichannel Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building an outstanding shopper experience in omnichannel.

This involves leveraging your expertise in shopper insights, market data, and best practices to identify growth opportunities for our key categories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing trade activation plans for key categories, taking into account channel specifics and a tailor-made approach.

  • Monitoring Philips' in-store position (in-store excellence) online and offline, setting improvement targets in each trade area, and driving actions to close gaps.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Digital, to drive business results.

  • Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities for our key categories.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in e-commerce media.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience in trade & shopper marketing management or a similar position.

  • Has knowledge of e-commerce media and follows the latest trends; a digital background will be an advantage.

  • Understands business operations, marketing principles, management skills, and techniques.

  • Can lead category/channel trade marketing change projects.

  • Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.

  • Has an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data from various sources.

  • Possesses strong commercial communication skills.

  • Is a flexible and self-motivated team player.

  • Is fluent in English.

  • Has an active driving license (B category).
