About the Job
We are seeking a Global Sourcing Expert for Unilever's EU Flexibles and Tubes Operations. As a member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategies that focus on delivering value and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend Management: Responsible for managing a significant portion of Unilever's spend for flexible packaging and tubes in the EU region.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement global and market-relevant sourcing strategies to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Supplier Partnerships: Manage defined partnerships for value and growth, focusing on building strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiations: Utilize cost models and digital tools to enhance negotiations and drive portfolio savings.
- Leadership: Lead and land portfolio savings, drive sustainability agenda with clear cost glidepaths, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to lead a virtual global team.
About You
You are an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and supply market knowledge, with experience in large-scale project management roles and expertise in sustainability and circular economy.
