Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for communicating with players, providing technical assistance, and ensuring their needs are met through effective issue tracking and resolution.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to player inquiries and providing timely technical support via various communication channels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve high-priority issues.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Staying up-to-date with game updates and patches to ensure seamless player experience.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or technical support is required, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
