Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 120,000 - 180,000 PLN, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As Director of Advanced Cryptographic Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance our security posture through an understanding of current controls and technology environments.
  • Maintaining high-quality work standards and ensuring timely delivery by taking ownership of tasks, reviewing them against quality benchmarks, and striving for zero defects.
  • Supporting more junior team members in achieving quality standards and encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships within the Cybersecurity team and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and provide leadership guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in information security, particularly in cryptographic services.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing cryptography solutions in large organizations, preferably in the financial sector or aerospace/defense industry.
  • Experience with HSMs, general cryptography management, engineering, and PKI fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, algorithms, and protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based cryptography solutions and integration with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
