Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at AIDA projektai, MB. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, primarily using C# and .NET Core 8, with a focus on AWS cloud services and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend solutions using C# and .NET Core 8.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and high performance.
  • Work with AWS services to deploy and manage backend applications in the cloud.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
  • Participate in the design of database schemas and optimize database interactions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure software is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in back-end development using C# and .NET Core.
  • Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud-based deployment and monitoring tools.
