This includes providing daily support to production teams, identifying and implementing improvements in assembly processes and tools, leading qualification of major developments and new processes, and implementing strategies to minimize levels of blocked stock and scrap.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to production teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery times, stock accuracy, and productivity
  • Identify and implement improvements in assembly processes and tools
  • Lead qualification of major developments and new processes
  • Collect and analyze production issues, using Root Cause Analysis, to manage resolutions of internal non-conformities with support from necessary teams (e.g., production, supplier managers)
  • Implement strategies to minimize levels of blocked stock and scrap, ensuring stock accuracy

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in similar position working with manual assembly processes
  • Basic project management skills
  • Operational knowledge of mechanics and electricity
  • Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., LDM, PDCA, 8D, 5S)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP is an advantage
