About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Digital Innovation Manager with Performance Marketing Experience to lead our AI/ML product development. This innovative leader will collaborate with our leadership team to drive product strategy, foster business development, and oversee product innovation. As a product leader, you will shape the future of our technology and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a product vision that drives growth and user satisfaction.

  2. Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.

  3. Analyze data and user feedback to guide product innovation and optimize the user experience.

  4. Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective go-to-market strategies for market entry, growth, and customer acquisition.

  5. Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring the product evolves in line with market trends and customer demands.

  6. Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute performance marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space.

  2. Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, think critically, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and user satisfaction.

  3. Performance marketing knowledge, including funnel building and management, customer acquisition processes, and data analysis.

  4. Leadership excellence, with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.

  5. Business acumen, with a deep understanding of finance, marketing, and operations.

  6. Ai/ml technologies familiarity and communication skills.

  7. Product development experience in smb segments, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

  8. Passion for innovation and relentless drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  9. English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher).
