We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team as a Senior Software Development Engineer - Automation and Robotics. This role will be based in Poland and comes with a competitive salary of approximately PLN 90,000 - 120,000 per annum , depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions for industrial automation systems. Your expertise will help shape the future of Industry 4.0 and contribute to the company's mission to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

  • Developing high-quality software components and integrating them into existing systems;
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to deliver seamless solutions;
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of coding standards and best practices;
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in C programming language and experience with embedded systems development;
  • Knowledge of ARM Cortex-M core microcontrollers and debugging techniques;
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and testing methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering: Automation and Robotics, Electronics, or a related field;
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
