Job Overview:

We are now seeking an experienced Data Configuration Specialist to join our team at emagine Consulting in a multinational project about Master Data Management.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and good understanding of data and its use in the organization. A curious mindset and drive to take on new tasks are essential for this role.

The successful applicant will work closely with business areas to enhance business ownership for the data, establish a single trusted source for Master & Reference data, and eliminate alternative data sources by capturing key business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop business product visions describing the target state for the data in the new source.
  2. Create robust but flexible business data models for each data area and harmonize the data.
  3. Establish data governance and implement data governance recipe for the new data source.
  4. Simplify and automate related E2E business processes together with business areas.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge in RDBMS.
  • Good understanding of data and its use in the organization.
  • Curious mindset and drive to take on new tasks.
  • Fluent English - verbal and in writing.
